EnoRistrò
It's the place where tradition and local raw materials come together to create a simple yet innovative menu. A small bistro where you can enjoy the authentic recipes and flavors of the Maremma culinary tradition, presented with care and attention to detail. Every evening you will have a wide selection of wines by the glass, including, always, our Burrasca wine, a rosé with an indomitable and innovative character standing out in the panorama of local wines!
Location
Within the charming Orsini Fortress, you’ll find a refined environment that, at the same time, will allow you to relax without too much formality. An intimate environment, never noisy, where dinners are accompanied by a careful selection of music and wines that will frame the authentic flavors of the dishes served. EnoRistrò is the ideal setting for couples and small groups to enjoy good food, good wine and good living. From May to September (weather permitting), you can dine under the stars in the fantastic setting of the small square of the Fortezza.
Products
We are fortunate to live in a naturally healthy area, free of sources of pollution, where the search for genuine products can easily become a passion! Cold cuts, cheeses, legumes, flours and vegetables purchased at km 0 allow us to offer you a gastronomy of uncompromising quality. In addition, we directly produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil and two innovative wines, a white and a rosé, from the organic management of both the olive grove and the vineyards! Dining at EnoRistrò you can discover the authentic taste and flavors of an unspoiled and unique corner of Tuscany.
Aperitivo
Every day from 5 to 7 pm our Burrasca wine awaits you! A selection of wines of the territory and, to make sure you don't miss anything, there will be no shortage of bubbles, cocktails...always accompanied by local cheeses, cold cuts and selected local products. The setting for your aperitif will be the beautiful piazza of the Fortezza where you’ll be treated to one of the most breathtaking sunsets you have ever seen. For a different kind of aperitif, every day at 6 pm you can join a guided tour of the Fortezza’s wine cellar, followed by a tasting of the wines that are helping to shape the new story of wines from the Città del Tufo.
Wine Cellar
We love to introduce you to the wines of small producers in the area. In addition, we are constantly selecting national and international wineries, always small and with the focus on respecting the territories they belong to.
Even if you’re not staying at the Hotel della Fortezza, we’d be happy to welcome you and let you discover the gastronomic delights of our little paradise in Tuscany. Please remember to make a reservation, as we have limited seating, and this will help us ensure that we provide you with the best possible service.

Inside the Fortezza, EnoRistrò offers an à la carte menu that is constantly updated to reflect the changing seasons and ingredients. If you prefer, you can take advantage of our convenient half-board service, where you can choose two courses per person directly from our menu, with the only exceptions being meats by weight and special products, which you can select for a small extra charge. And with this option, you’ll always have your table reserved at the time that’s most convenient for you.
